2010-2011 Registration Information

General registration is open.

Summer Camp 2010 registration is open. See below.

Church members, current and former school and MDO students, and siblings of current or former students are all entitled to priority registration. Please see the schedule below for dates and times when you can turn in your forms and pay your registration fee.

We are asking that you complete the entire enrollment packet at the time of registration. Please note we will need a copy of your child’s immunization records.

Registration packets are available in the school office and downloadable from this site. Scroll down to the bottom to download registration documents.

Registration fees can be paid by check, cash or credit card.

On the scheduled day of registration, there will be a table set-up near the school offices where we will collect your forms. All forms turned in before 1 p.m. will be considered “priority”. Please be advised that forms turned in at 8:31 a.m. or 12:59 p.m. will be given the same consideration.
